Something Uncomfortable: Day 34

This morning I did really well with the scale routine. I been mixing it up every day. And every day it is getting a little less painful. Woohoo!

More uncomfortableness: not spending a bunch of time on the computer today. It's Sunday, which means it's family day at the Schneider house. I'm trying to be present with my wonderful family. So that's all for today...
